Utilities:
   For short-term rentals, all utilities are included in the rent.  For long-term rentals, the tenant pays for electricity & telephone (if desired), and landlord pays sewer fees and homeowner association dues, which include water, water heating,  garbage pickup, snow plowing, TV cable service, pool & spa maintenance, gardening service.  Consult the rental agreement and/or advertisement.

Maximum occupancy:  For long-term rentals, 2 persons at the most, by association rules.  For rentals less than 15 days, up to 4 persons maximum.

Pets:  Tenants are not allowed pets, by association rules.

Parking:  One parking stall is allocated per condo unit, but they are not assigned.  Park anywhere, but only one vehicle is allowed in the lot for this unit.  Parking is angular stalls, not covered, along the driveway running the length of the building, with a turning circle at the lakeside of the building.

Smoking:  The entire building is a non-smoking area, inside this unit and in common area rooms, by association rules.

Cell phones:   Some cell phone services have signal in the unit, some don't.

Land-line phone:  There is a phone jack and telephone.  If tenant wants phone service, tenant needs to open a phone account with the phone co.

Internet:  Dial-up service may be available from your Internet service provider for "Old Brockway" or "Kings Beach" area.  

TV Cable:   Television cable service is provided to entire building by the homeowner association, included in the rent at no extra cost.  Service is whatever the association chooses to subscribe.  High-speed cable Internet may be available.
